Sarahclegg.com is the personal website of Sarah Clegg, and Sarah Clegg (referred to in first person going forwards) is controller for personal data processed via this website and to deliver all services.

I don’t use a cookie banner because the website doesn’t use cookies. I use WordPress to run the site, and sometimes there are quirks in how it works. I have had the site checked to remove all cookies and tracking, but if you find anything still running, please let me know.

Any collected personal data for is used for my legitimate business interests of publicising my work and responding to enquiries. The data collected and specific usage is detailed below:
Enquiries: if you contact me via the website, I will only use data that identifies you, provided by you (name and email) to respond to your message

No data is provided to third parties from this website. Any websites outside of the sarahclegg.com domain accessed through the links on this website are subject to their own privacy policies
Retention
If you contact me via this website I will keep your name and email along with your message.
Any messages and associated personal data will be deleted after one year.

- you can ask me to erase any personal data that sarahclegg.com no longer has a legitimate purpose to process
